As a premium steel supplier throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio, our specialty services allow us to serve countless industries and complex project requirements. In addition to our expansive catalog of high-quality steel products, our experienced equipment operators can use saw, flame, and CNC plasma cutting techniques to deliver final products that adhere to rigid tolerances.

ECONSTEEL specialty services can address several aspects of the machining, fabrication, and construction industries that the competition cannot without involving a third-party provider. 

• Jumbo Beam Saw Cutting: ECONSTEEL specialty capabilities allow us to complete saw cutting requests on jumbo-sized wide flange beams up to 25". This special capability has helped us serve customers in the construction, heavy vehicle, and energy production industries.

• Rebar Bending: ECONSTEEL can complete requests for rebar bending, helping to save customers time and costs on their projects. Our equipment allows us to bend up to #9 rebar from 80° to 180° depending on the end application and project specifications. We also offer curved rebar processing for construction and industrial applications.

• Shearing: ECONSTEEL is capable of applying precise shearing to square and rectangular plates and sheets up to ½" thick. Our shearing services are perfect for any projects that require increased volumes of plate or sheet steel with uniform dimensions.

• Expansive Network of Mills & Suppliers: Throughout the history of ECONSTEEL we've made it a priority to establish and build our relationships with steel mills and specialty providers throughout North America. We maintain one of the most expansive inventories of specialty materials and sizes available to customers in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Our facility regularly stocks uncommon or in-between thicknesses and widths of cold-finished bars. Our buyers can also procure difficult-to-find alloys, match challenging material specs, or source materials for niche industries that demand specific performance characteristics.

• Metal Specification Review: Our team is exceptionally proficient at understanding and cross-referencing customer-specific part numbers and requirements to meet industry standards ensuring you receive the ideal product for your project. 

• Stocking Programs & Warehousing: Our stocking and warehousing programs help address spatial limitations on the job site or at your facility. There are currently no volume limitations on our stocking or warehousing programs and we maintain excess facility space to be extremely flexible as project timelines and materials demands can routinely change.
